No. Submitting a service request does not guarantee availability or confirm an appointment. All requests are reviewed, and appointments are confirmed only after direct communication, agreement on pricing, and scheduling confirmation.

Pricing is based on the type of service requested, number of notarizations, travel distance, and appointment timing. Base rates apply during regular business hours, with additional fees for after-hours, weekends, holidays, apostille courier services, and mobile travel. Final pricing will be confirmed prior to scheduling.

The Signature Approach LLC accepts credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Card payments are processed securely via Square and are collected at the conclusion of services unless otherwise arranged.
In some cases, depending on the service requested or specific circumstances, additional fees may apply. Any additional fees will always be clearly communicated in advance and agreed upon prior to service.

Clients must provide:
A valid, government-issued photo ID
Complete documents ready for notarization (unsigned unless instructed otherwise)
All required signers present at the time of notarization
Failure to meet these requirements may result in cancellation or rescheduling.

There is no cancellation fee. Clients are encouraged to provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they need to reschedule an appointment.
If an appointment is rescheduled, a new appointment will be arranged based on availability, and a deposit may be required to secure the rescheduled time—particularly for mobile, after-hours, or time-sensitive services.
In the event of a no-show, a rescheduling fee may apply before a new appointment can be scheduled. Repeated last-minute changes or no-shows may impact future booking availability.

Inclement weather may affect availability and appointment timing. Safety is a priority, and appointments may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled due to hazardous conditions.
